What is stored
Free plans and editable drafts are saved in your browser’s local storage. Clearing local workspace data removes only those browser copies. When you sign in, we process your account name, email, and profile image. We also store purchases, credit balances, generation records, and completed AI-generated Markdown drafts on the server to provide the paid service and recover completed requests.
AI processing
When you request an AI draft, the business details, topic, and audience you submit are sent to the configured AI provider. Do not include confidential information or personal data you are not authorized to share.
Payments and service providers
Google provides sign-in, Dodo Payments processes checkout when enabled, Supabase stores account and transaction data, and Cloudflare hosts the service. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by RankTend.
Your choices
You can clear local workspace data using the workspace control and sign out of your account. Keep a copy of content you need before clearing data. For purchase or account questions, use the support contact shown on your payment receipt.
